Special Sitting
For reasons of public interest, the Leader of the House may request that the Speaker calls for a sitting on an earlier date than that to which Parliament was adjourned. If the Speaker is satisfied that public interest does require Parliament to meet earlier than scheduled, he will give notice of the special sitting. The business set down for the special sitting shall be appointed by the Leader of the House. At the end of the special sitting, Parliament shall stand adjourned to the day it has originally been adjourned to, unless otherwise decided. S.O. 5.
Sidang Istimewa
Atas sebab kepentingan umum, Ketua Dewan boleh meminta Speaker mengarahkan Dewan bersidang pada tarikh lebih awal daripada yang dijadualkan sebelumnya. Jika Speaker puas hati bahawa kepentingan umum memang memerlukan Parlimen bersidang lebih awal daripada yang dijadualkan, beliau akan mengeluarkan pemberitahuan tentang sidang istimewa itu. Urusan yang diaturkan bagi sidang istimewa itu hendaklah ditentukan oleh Ketua Dewan. Di akhir sidang istimewa, Parlimen ditangguhkan hingga tarikh yang asalnya dijadualkan, kecuali diputuskan selainnya.
Peraturan Tetap 5.特别会议
以公众利益为理由、国会领袖可向议长要求提前召开会议。如果议长同意以公众利益为先，必须提前开会，议长得向全体议员发出开会通告。国会领袖将负责安排特别会议的议程。特别会议结束后，国会将一直休会至下个原定开会日期，除非国会另有决定。

பொதுமக்கள் நலனுக்காக, நாடாளுமன்றம் ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்ட தேதிக்கு முன்னராகவே மன்ற நாயகர் மன்றத்தைக் கூட்டவேண்டும் என மன்றத் தலைவர் மன்ற நாயகரிடம் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளலாம். ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்ட தேதிக்கு முன்னரே கூடும் தேவையை பொதுமக்கள் நலன் கட்டாயமாக்கியுள்ளது என மன்ற நாயகர் மனநிறைவு கொண்டால், சிறப்புக் கூட்டம் குறித்த அறிவிப்பை அவர் கொடுப்பார். சிறப்புக் கூட்டத்தில் விவாதிப்பதற்கான அலுவலை மன்றத் தலைவர் நிர்ணயம் செய்வார். சிறப்புக் கூட்டத்தின் முடிவில், வேறு விதமாக முடிவு செய்யப்படாவிட்டால், முன்னர் எந்தத் தேதிக்கு ஒத்திவைக்கப்பட்டதோ அத்தேதிக்கு மன்றம் ஒத்தி வைக்கப்படும்.
